Ginger orange Sesame Salmon

Salmon on long grain brown rice
orange wedges & grapes
Deli oven roasted turkey rolls (100% all natural & organic)
carrots
cheese and crackers
animal cookies
apple and oats granola

Marinate Salmon in 1 cup orange juice, season salt,pepper & pinch of ginger, Soy sauce. (at least 30min in the fridge)

sprinkle of sesame seeds over top marinated salmon

place salmon in a bake dish with the marinate at 375C  12-15min.

The orange juice will glaze the salmon nicely giving it a sweet and tangy flavor when combined with the soy.
