sweet and salty roasted chickpeas

My Kids love this sweet and salty treat, I love that its healthy.

1 can of chickpeas

2 tbsp of honey

salt to taste

Open your can of chickpeas and drain. I then Rinse them.

In a bowl coat your chickpeas with olive oil, honey and salt. Mix well.

On  a lined baking pan I spread out the chickpeas and roast them in the oven @ 350C  35-40 minutes, shaking occasionally until the chickpeas are crunchy and no longer soft in the middle.

Try: I also like to sprinkle cinnamon on these from time to time; to change it up a bit.
During Holidays or events I drizzle some dark chocolate over these after roasted and cooled.
