Stir fry Medley
She picked some celery, broccoli & cauli florets, kale, yellow bell pepper, and some left over sausage. I then tossed in some Thai rice noodles. She was so proud of her creation and polished it all off. Super quick and super easy!
Saute your chopped veggies of choice in some olive oil, fresh or ground garlic, splash of tamari and salt/pepper to taste. I then soak my noodles for 2 minutes in warm water before adding to the veggie mix and toss around till it absorbs the flavors.
