Chocolate Gingerbread Cupcakes
Take your favorite Chocolate cake recipe and add:
1/2 cup of roasted Squash (yes, that is the secret) I used acorn squash
1/4 tsp of ground gloves
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp of ground ginger
I hand mix everything but you can use your beater on low speed till combined and creamy.
Oven at 350C aprox. 18-20mintues
Butter Cream Frosting
In a bowl: 2 cups Icing Sugar, 5-6 tbsp of milk(or more but not too thin), 1 stick of butter at room temp. Mix with hand mixer on low or use a wooden spoon.
Sprinkle with some sparkly colored sugar crystals or other candy of choice
