Toasted Maple Glazed Pumpkin Seeds

Sweet like candy and addicted; you cant stop at just a few.

great on salads and the perfect snack when you get the munchies.

Pumpkin seeds are an excellent source of protein and rich in zinc. Also containing elements that have been found to be vital for bones and men’s health.

Try: on top of apple slices, mixed up with some popcorn or drizzled with chocolate.

This is super easy and quick (its fool-proof)

1-2 cups of pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp of cinnamon

1/4 tsp of ground ginger

1/4 cup of maple syrup

1/4 tsp of sea salt

After seeding your pumpkin rinse them and blot them on some paper towel.  Mix your seeds in the ingredients and spread out on parchment. place in the oven at 120c for 45 minutes, stir occasionally until dry and toasted.

Maple glazed pumpkin seeds and mango salad dressing

Apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and slices of green mango

drizzle over your salad of choice and sprinkle some maple glazed pumpkin seeds over-top.
